Joint Ventures! Joint Ventures are simply two or more internet marketers working together to the benefit of both. One may have the list while the other provides the product to sell. One may have the idea while the other has the know how to put it all together. How does one get involved in an internet joint venture? One way is to get on people's mailing lists, read their ezines and offer to help whenever a need arises. Many times during the year, an enterprising marketer will start a giveaway - anyone can offer a freebie in exchange for a valid email address and the opportunity to email that person with further promotions and information. I grew my list by over 600 and made a few sales in the first giveaway in which I participated. When making an offer to work with another internet marketer, one should be willing to make his offer to good to pass up. You have to make it worth the other's time and expertise to get involved in your proposed venture. Be inventive and ensure that your offer promotes a win-win situation. Working together can prove to be very profitable!! Just getting to know
the other marketers can lead to a united effort. I offered my help to
a marketer last spring, got to know him, and still keep in touch. He
then introduced me to another marketer and I am now actively involved in a
very exciting promotion. The internet community works like your local
community- offer help, get to know people and you may find yourselves
working together for a common goal.

As another example of a JV, I recently heard some music that was really
motivating- the title of it says it all:
What Are You Waiting For!! I thought that that is the kind of
message that I wanted my fellow marketers to hear, so I contacted the
musician and asked permission to use his music on my site in exchange for
helping to promote his site. He agreed! You can listen to it
here:
If you like his music, please visit his site!
